The Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Prague University of Economics and Business
invites applications for the positions of the ”Head of Department” at all departments of the Faculty according to the organisational structure of FFA, specifically:
- Department of Banking and Insurance,
- Department of Economic Teaching Methodology,
- Department of Corporate Finance,
- Department of Financial Accounting and Auditing,
- Department of Monetary Theory and Policy,
- Department of Management Accounting, and
- Department of Public Finance.
The term of office of the Head of Department shall be a maximum of four years with the anticipated date of appointment being September 1, 2022.
Qualification requirements: a minimum academic qualification of Ph.D./CSc., the appointment of an Associate Professor or a Professor and international experiences will be considered an advantage, prior scientific and pedagogical activities and high-quality publications, active knowledge of the Czech and English languages, a specific plan for the department development in the fields of (i) pedagogy, (ii) research, (iii) internationalization.
Applications, which shall include the applicant’s CV with listed professional qualifications and language skills, copies of degrees / diplomas, a list of publications and scientific research, a list of pedagogical and professional activities, and a criminal record extract not older than 3 months, must be delivered within 30 days from the call (no later than May 7, 2022), to the following address: The Office of the Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Prague University of Economics and Business, W.
