Information for applicants
Applicants must submit their foreign Secondary Education Diploma/Certificate for assessment.
You can physically submit either:
- Certified/Attested copy of your Diploma: Send an officially certified copy of the foreign secondary education document in Czech or English. Do not send the original – we will archive the documents, and will not return them to you!
- Confirmation of Eligibility to Study: Send a confirmation from your foreign secondary school (or the relevant authority) stating that you are entitled to apply for a bachelor’s degree programme in your home country in Czech or English. The confirmation only needs to be signed and stamped; no further verification is required.

Fill-out the online application: E-application form to study at VŠE
Pay the application fee of 100 EUR. The application fee is not refundable.
Make sure to fill-out all parts of the e-application: Personal details, Addresses, Additional information, Documents submission, Application Fee (once complete, an indicator will turn green). See the guide below.
- Upload your CV/Motivation Letter using the provided template (download the template here) to the e-application.
- Upload your Passport to the e-application.
- You may upload an English proficiency certificate – this option is not mandatory.
Documents are not to be submitted by email. All required documents must be uploaded to the e-application.
After each deadline (see the schedule above), all applicants with complete e-applications will receive an invitation to an online interview.
Each applicant is designated a time slot. The interview time slot is not negotiable.
The interviews are conducted via MS Teams.
