Information for applicants

| Applicants must submit their foreign Bachelor’s degree Diploma and Transcript of Records for assessment:
  1. Copy of your Bachelor’s Diploma
  2. Copy of your Transcript of Records

Send the documents mentioned above as certified/notarised/verified copies of the foreign Bachelor’s degree and Transcript of Records in Czech or English.

| If you are currently finishing your Bachelor’s degree, submit:
  1. Confirmation of Studies with the expected date of graduation
  2. Copy of your Transcript of Records

Do not send the original documents (Diploma and Transcript of Records – we will archive the documents, and will not return them to you!

Fill-out the online application: E-application form to study at VŠE

Pay the application fee of 100 EUR. The application fee is not refundable.

Make sure to fill-out all parts of the e-application: Personal details, Addresses, Additional information, Documents submission, Application Fee (once complete, an indicator will turn green). See the guide below.

  1. Upload your CV to the e-application.
  2. Upload your Passport to the e-application.
  • You may upload an English proficiency certificate – this option is not mandatory.
  • You may submit your foreign Bachelor’s degree Diploma and Transcript of Records electronically, if the documents contain a digital seal valid in accordance with the European eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 or European Digital Identity (EUDI / eIDAS 2.0) framework.

Documents are not to be submitted by email. All required documents must be uploaded to the e-application.

After each deadline (see the schedule above), all applicants with complete e-applications will receive an Entrance Exam Worksheet with case studies.

Students must submit their answers before the given deadlines.

Students are then invited to online interviews based on their performance.

Eligible students will receive an invitation to an online interview upon successful submission of the Entrance Exam Worksheet. Only students with a minimum score will be invited to the interviews.

Each applicant is designated a time slot. The interview time slot is not negotiable.

The interviews are conducted via MS Teams.
